Couple looking for a getaway
The staff were all over it, very friendly and accommodating, making you feel important. even the cleaning crew were polite, which is rare. Oh, and the dinner we had was surprising, the chicken I ordered was great, didn’t expect that from this place! !
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We explored the stunning beaches and the beautiful scenic trails, making the most of our time outdoors. The hotel was equipped with all we needed for a relaxing stay. The spa services were top-notch, and every morning we enjoyed the peaceful lakeside views. Perfect spot for unwinding!
I did notice that the evening dining options felt a bit lacking in creativity. The menu could use some new and exciting dishes.

the room we stayed in was super nice and we had a gorgeous view of the lake. the food for dinner was way better than i thought it would be! breakfast was really good too, loved the mix of buffet and cooked options. spa was relaxing overall.
but there were some issues with service and the staff seemed a bit untrained. also, had a minor problem with some mold in the shower area.

Had an amazing weekend with friends! We explored the beach and took a hike at the Needles. The outdoor activities were fantastic, and the hotel offered excellent facilities and services for all our needs. Our room had a stunning lake view, and the staff were super friendly. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!
The only downside was the restaurant service. We found it lacked some variety, and one evening the meals were lukewarm. But other than that, the stay was enjoyable.
